Pinterest will depart behind 40,000 sq. ft at 225 Park Ave. South. The deal brings 11 Madison to 92% leased. The asking lease was $90 per sq. foot.
San Francisco-based Pinterest is a social media “visible discovery platform” for product-scanning and ideas-sharing. It was repped by a JLL workforce whereas SL Inexperienced was repped by Newmark.
Different giant tenants at 2.34 million square-foot 11 Madison embody UBS, SONY, Suntory and IMG.
