The Union Regulation Minister Arjun Ram Meghwal has criticized West Bengal Chief Minister Mamata Banerjee over the Kolkata gang rape case. Meghwal accused Banerjee of appeasement politics and acknowledged that legislation and order has utterly collapsed in West Bengal. The BJP is pointing fingers on the TMC, alleging that the police will not be working swiftly on the case. 4 arrests have been made in reference to the gang rape incident.
